You've seen people who obviously workout, their bodies have all the signs. Do you think to yourself that you'll never look that good? Do you say, "They're just lucky". "It comes easy to them". "It's too much effort". "I don't you have the the time". "I like my food too much". "I've got a bad back". "I can't afford it". The list of excuses goes on.
