Hi, I'm Sean,

I've been a Personal Trainer for over 25 years. I've always trained hard myself, and gained decent muscle & strength but tended to carry too much bodyfat. This made me self conscious to the point where I didn't want to take my top off, or wear certain clothes or cosplay costumes.

I then found a really simple way to rectify that, drop a few notches on my Batman utility belt & still maintain muscle and strength, in-fact, I became stronger. And no, I didn't eat low fat, completely cut out sugar, or deprive myself.

This has given me the confidence to cosplay as one of my favourite characters, Captain America, and takes me less than 3 hours per week....
